Database marketing
By "database marketing" we mean a sharply focused refinement of generalised
activities usually grouped under the umbrella name "direct marketing".
It combines tele-marketing + prospect database management + sales follow-up.
[back]
Tele-marketing
Outbound calling establishing current and future order intentions plus data
consolidation, and scheduling.
[back]
Tele-sales
Either inbound order handling or one-time outbound "blitzing" type calling. Rho-anco
provides both but only as components within its more comprehensive database
marketing services.

Leads
A Rho-anco "lead" means that the Prospect has shown an interest in the product or service
being offered and is expecting a call-back or some other form of positive action from the
Client. A request for literature does NOT constitute a lead but will trigger follow up
action by Rho-anco tele-marketing.
[back]
Sales people
People charged with the responsibility for actively pursuing new business as distinct
from order and re-order takers.
[back]
Contribution
Sales revenue less the immediate cost of direct marketing. You should also make allowance
for other savings on overheads or operating costs resulting from the increased
efficiencies obtained.

Confidentiality
All commercial data developed on behalf of the Client remains confidential to the Client.
The Company further undertakes not to work for any competing organisation in the same
territory for a moratorium period of 1 year beyond any termination of contract.
[back]
Legal compliance
The service includes regular 28 day cycle screening of the Client database to ensure
legal conformity with Telephone and Fax Preference Services which regulate cold calling
or faxing activities.
