Rho-anco facilities are designed to minimise training needs.
In off-line mode Sales Executives work from self explanatory leads, faxed at run-time,
which provide full prospect information.
normally one hour’s briefing with Sales Executives at Client site covers
the liaison needed.
For on-line modes (passive or active) the Company normally provides a one day initial
familiarisation course on Rho-anco’s Prospect Manager system.
the system comes with a comprehensive step-by-step training and
operations manual.
Depending on Client requirement Rho-anco will also provide additional
training/briefing for Sales Management in the use of the more advanced management,
analysis and sales planning features.
most Clients tend to undertake routine management functions themselves
but rely on Rho-anco to carry out more critical analytical work.
Rho-anco provides detailed monthly reports on all database marketing activities.
Progress meetings are convened at Client site according to need.
the latter tend to be more frequent during the early stages.
The Company also provides help-line support both covering ad hoc prospect data or
system operations queries.
most of these are provided for within the contract arrangement but the
Company does reserve the right to charge (subject the Client approval) for more
comprehensive surveys or re-training.
