tele-sales
Rho-anco employs mature tele-marketing operatives capable of leading a
conversation at senior executive level without recourse to artificial
scripting.
- New assignments usually commence in the form of a "pilot" start up program.
designed to fulfil the Client’s immediate sales objective and give indication
of its further potential.
- Rho-anco normally supplies raw listings from its own resources at commencement.
usually a less costly and quicker option than
trying to cleanse a "dirty" database. Clients will normally pre-vet any such listing
prior to commencement of tele-marketing action.
- Cleansed and qualified data is made available to the Client in any of the following
formats:
- Off-line - the database continues to be
maintained & updated by Rho-anco with leads being
supplied at run-time.
the Client relies on Rho-anco for analysis and support work.
- On-line (passive) - the Client is provided with
a "read only" copy of the database on Rho-anco’s
Prospect Manager program.
this is regularly updated at monthly intervals. It gives direct access to all
prospect records and allows use of basic analysis & management functions by the
Client but avoids the need for client updating action.
- On-line (active) - as above except that Client
sales people have full updating access.
the Client can use Prospect Manager’s powerful diarising, mailing and sales
management facilities.
